A mixed-use upmarket development comprising of retail, commercial and residential apartments on the busy and vibrant ‘fan mile’ strip. The design ethos was to combine a historical, industrial precedent with modern, contemporary architectural solutions to create an iconic hybrid that would be appropriate to the rich Dockland, ‘turn-of-the-century’, neighbourhood. Brick, steel, glass and off shutter concrete are key elements which combine to create a distinctive landmark building.
