Architectural guidelines for this private estate on the West Coast presented unique design opportunities. Floor-to-ceiling glazing offers panoramic views of the Atlantic - a seamless transition between inside and outside. Central to the design is the courtyard which ensures privacy, as well as refuge from the relentless South Easter. The dramatic views of the ocean and the angular nature of the beach-front inspired the pure, sculpted forms of the design.
